When any agent blocks a plot on their device, the server instantly broadcasts that status change. Any other agent viewing the map will immediately see that plot turn yellow (Reserved) or red (Sold).

Yes. PlotMatrix provides a dedicated agent portal where sales executives and external brokers can view live layout availability, block plots, and submit booking requests for admin approval.

Our database uses transactional locking. The first agent to submit the request secures the block, and the second agent will receive an error notifying them the plot is no longer available. This makes double-booking impossible.
